The breakfast was a hit with the kids, offering plenty of options. Everything was comfy, and the staff were great.

My kids wished there were more activities for them.

The renovation in the day was a bit noisy. The workers did a good job to minimise the disturbance and it is due to be completed by Christmas 2012. I would still recommend the hotel and am going back myself in two weeks.

the staff were kind, the breakfast was exceptionally nice and everything was great. the rooms were perfect and fantastic with a mini bar, central heating and an iron. as for me, the location was marvellous and convenient, short walk to with a useful shuttle service, the shopping center, and shopping centres and restaurants. had tea and goodies at cafe grill la luna, nestled 1 km of the hotel. free wi-fi was great and the service was fantastic.

I had a cozy single room with great amenities like shampoo and a hair dryer. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly hearty. After a long day, I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and soaking up some sun on the terrace. The only downside was the slightly rough sheets, but it didn’t hinder my restful sleep at all! 😊

They were doing some work. Very distrubating. Hammer, jackhammer, and so on.. Even on Saturday..

The free parking was a major plus, and I loved the spacious room with a huge bed for a great night's sleep.

The hotel was inexpensive and had a shuttle to the airport which was very convenient but at a price per trip.

The hotel carpets were in need of changing. They had many dirty and soiled spots which were so embeded they could not be removed by simple cleaning, plus the odor of the hallways was as if they used perfume to camoflage the smell.

If you want to stay near Madrid, this is a bit far - takes 50 minutes on the Metro, but the Metro is very efficient.

Surprisingly spacious and modern!

I stayed in a double room, surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and adequate bathroom amenities, including a razor and shaving cream. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering scrambled eggs, sausages, and pastries for just €5 with excellent value. One downside was the slightly rough sheets. It didn't detract from my restful sleep.

The bathroom was clean with a proper shower, not one of those dreaded bath showers. The bed was firm and supported well. WiFi was free and stable.

Breakfast was below par for what was charged. All TV channels were in Spanish and no international English channels were available (i.e. CNN, Discovery etc.)

The airport shutle is not so punctial and transfer rather takes 20min than10min to T4. cost:24 Euros return.

The room was modern and clean, however the rest of the hotel was under construction.

The hotel was under construction, which we weren't told about before we booked, so facilities such as the restauarant were not in service, which was a huge disappointment since we were in the middle of nowhere. The hotel does offer a shuttle service from the airport, but we needed to ring on arrival for collection, incurring a £3 mobile phone charge, plus the standard £9 collection fee, plus a £3 surcharge for "out of hours" collection.
